Shipping Information

WHY DON’T YOU PROVIDE THE PRODUCT’S OUTER BOX

Since this is a MOC product, it does not come with an outer box.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We offer multiple shipping methods to accommodate your needs. Standard shipping is the most economical, though it might be a little slower. It includes tracking and insurance. We also offer express shipping, in case you need us to process and ship your package at a rush.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY MOC?

After you place your order, we will start the process of gathering the parts and printing the instructions, packaging and shipping. This can take 3-7 days working days plus 8-15 days shipping time.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Short answer, yes. Long answer, we ship to every corner of the world. Alanwhale has partnered with different shipping agencies to make sure that we can accommodate every customer.

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY MOC?

We ship all MOCs in protected Sealed bubble Bags, to ensure that no water gets in. The parts are separated in zip-loc bags. Nothing will get between you and your carefully packaged MOC!
